Madrid, 1 October 2024 – Reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, INSTORE has launched its new programme ‘Women Building a Future’, an initiative dedicated to highlighting and empowering the talents of women artisans. The programme, which is aligned with the business’ purpose to create a positive impact on communities, aims to incorporate women with manual skills in the carpentry, painting, electrical, locksmithing or graphic production departments.

Commitment to a more inclusive and sustainable future

INSTORE is undergoing a process of transformation towards more sustainable practices. Through this new initiative, it seeks to promote equal opportunities in sectors where traditionally there are not so many women, such as retail production. This action is part of a broader business strategy to generate social value, involving local communities and promoting long-term sustainable development.

‘Women building a future’ focuses on providing them with the right tools and environment to develop their skills, hone their trades and gain practical experience in key areas such as: carpentry, painting, electricity, locksmithing or graphic production.

In search of women who inspire

INSTORE is looking for women with some basic training and who have a talent or manual skills.  The ideal profile are those who want to learn, grow and actively contribute in a collaborative and dynamic working environment.

The ‘Women building a future’ programme will offer job opportunities in the production workshops, located in Arroyomolinos. This initiative not only represents an opportunity for women to learn and consolidate themselves in skilled trades, but also to be part of a project that promotes equity and sustainable development.

A better future built by women

This new initiative reaffirms the commitment to creating a fairer and more inclusive future. The call for applications is now open to all women interested in joining this programme and being part of a transformation that benefits both individuals and society.

About INSTORE

More than 25 years ago they started in the window dressing, decoration and shopfitting business. They quickly evolved to include printing, signage and signage services. But as more clients came in, the projects became more and more complex and led to a structural change in the company creating their own workshops for carpentry, locksmithing, signage and printing, giving rise to INSTORE.

It was in 2013 when they definitively established themselves in Madrid, taking the reins of the business and carrying out projects in an integrated manner. This allows them to manage all the processes, gaining control over the design, production and installation, thus offering a very agile quality service without depending on third parties. They have recently added to their portfolio of services the development and integration of digital projects in shops and businesses, creating a new and exclusive working solution called ‘Retail X360’ with which they accompany you in the creation of unique and impactful experiences for your customer.
